They really work and they really stick to the skin, lasting for 10-14 days, even if I take a bath or a shower soaping over with hands. I remove them only to put a new one in a new spot to allow the skin under the disk to "rest". As soon as I remove it the pain comes back. I use it on my neck and shoulders, sometime on my upper arm, upper back.

My chiropractor recommended these discs. Very user website, easy to order, quick delivery. An in depth product sheet was delivered with and I will be re-ordering. They work amazing. We all know that quick muscle sting or joint sting. I place one right on that mark and the relief is immediate. They will stay on for a few days.
