I�ve never had to wear a sleeve before so I can�t really compare this one to another brand. All I can say is that from the moment I put this sleeve on, the pain in my elbow diminished by 95%. I was greatly amazed. I wore the sleeve during the day and took it off at night. I did that for 4-5 days and I am now 98% pain free and have not had the sleeve on for a week. I also use the Metax lotion on my elbow and that helped with the pain too. The two items together worked wonders. I actually miss wearing the sleeve because of the comfort it gives. I highly recommend any of their sleeves.
