I have been using Phiten power tape discs since 1999 when I discovered them at an event in Japan where I was participating as an athlete. I now use the X30 discs and they work wonders to relief my aches and pains and I don't have to rely on motrin or ibuprofen. I would highly recommend this product to everyone seeking sore muscle relief.

I liked phiten. I�m orders 4 items. But I didn�t revive yet. Check with the post office, they claim they will check to see what happens to my delivery.

Just started using them today June 21.

I love these. I use them on all the little spots that I do not want to put a long strip of the tape. They last for days and you really forget that they are on. I leave them on until they fall off which is usually over a week. I highly recommend this product.

Tried and found this item to work well in the knee and ankle area. Would recommend that you give them are a try.
