Seems to give pain relief. Stay attached pretty well.

A friend recently introduced me to this Phiten product.
I have painful, deforming pointer fingers on each hand, my friend suggested placing two strips on each finger, one above the knuckle, one below.
I applied the strips with ease and truly felt near immediate relief from the burn and biting pain in these finger joints.
However, while the product works for my fingers, unfortunately they do not stay secure when in contact with water. Try as I do, wearing gloves to wash dishes and even to shower,; disappointing conclusion, water, wear and tear affects their effectiveness.
I haven’t given up on this technology and have ordered the dots to see if I get relief from their application on my fingers.

I purchased these for a larger coverage area, than the spots. I was disappointed that they do not stick as well as the spots.

great idea, like the "band aid shape, covers larger area than the dots but does not stick as well as dots. too thin maybe?
